A Bonus of up to €100 for customers making their first deposit

Instructions for entry

• Make a first deposit of at least €5 using promo code FIRST100 by 20:59 GMT on 31/12/2024.
• Get a Bonus equal to 100% of your deposit, which will be credited to your Bonus Balance (up to a maximum of €100).
• Turn over the combined amount of your deposit and the Bonus five times by placing any live (in-play) bets at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Your qualifying bets must be settled within 14 days of the first deposit.
• We may ask you to verify your account at any time during the promotional period.
• For the purposes of this promotion, any monetary value reads as ‘or currency equivalent’ in all places.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is available from 14:00 GMT on 24/05/2024 to 20:59 GMT on 31/12/2024.
2. This promotion is available to new and existing Marathonbet customers who are yet to make their first deposit.
3. To participate in the promotion, you need to meet the following qualifying criteria:

• Make a first deposit of at least €5 using promo code FIRST100 by 20:59 GMT on 31/12/2024.
• Get a Bonus equal to 100% of your deposit, which will be credited to your Bonus Balance (up to a maximum of €100).
• Turn over the combined amount of your deposit and the Bonus five times by placing any live (in-play) bets at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Your qualifying bets must be settled within 14 days of the first deposit.

4. To transfer the funds from your Bonus Balance to your main balance, you have to meet the turnover requirements. For example:

• If you make your first deposit of €10, a €10 Bonus (100% of your first deposit) will be credited to your Bonus Balance. To transfer the Bonus funds to your main balance, you will have to place qualifying bets for at least €100.
• If you make your first deposit of €100 or more, your Bonus Balance will be credited with the maximum possible amount of €100 (100% of your first deposit but not exceeding €100). To transfer the Bonus funds to your main balance, you will have to place qualifying bets for at least €1,000.

5. The funds from your Bonus Balance are available for betting and will count towards your turnover requirements when there are insufficient funds in your main balance.
6. Winnings from bets placed using the Bonus funds will be credited to your Bonus Balance.
7. Winnings from bets placed using Bonus funds will be transferred from your Bonus Balance to your main balance within 48 hours of completing the turnover requirement. Then, the funds will be available for further wagers or for withdrawal.
8. The maximum amount that you can transfer from your Bonus Balance to your main balance is 100% of your qualifying deposit amount, up to €100.
9. If you make a withdrawal before you meet the turnover requirements, and the amount left on your main balance after the withdrawal is less than the amount of your first deposit, the Bonus will be void.
10. Only live bets at minimum odds of 1.50 will qualify for this promotion.
11. You can bet on any live (in-play) sports market. Single bets must have minimum odds of 1.50, in a double, treble or accumulator bet the combined odds must be 1.50 or greater and in multiple type bets (a bet with more than one line), each selection must have minimum odds of 1.50.
12. If any matches are postponed or any match results are voided and your bet no longer meets the qualifying conditions for this promotion, then that bet will not count towards the turnover requirements for this promotion, but the bet placed will still stand.
13. A live bet is a bet placed on any event that is taking place in real time at the moment your bet is accepted, regardless of the section of the website in which you find that event.
14. Whether your qualifying bet wins or loses, its stake will count towards the total qualifying stakes for this promotion regardless.
15. If you fail to place qualifying bets for the required amount within 14 days of making your first deposit, the Bonus will be void.
16. For the purposes of this promotion, any monetary value reads as ‘or currency equivalent’ in all places.
17. We may ask you to verify your account at any time during the promotional period.
18. Bets in Casino, Live Casino, Live Games, Toto, Virtual Sports and other non-sporting products will not be counted as qualifying bets for the purposes of this promotion.
19. Cashed Out bets, bets that use the ‘Edit bet’ feature and bets placed using Free Bets will not qualify for this promotion.
20. Voided bets will not be counted as qualifying bets for the purposes of this promotion.
21. Marathonbet may check information regarding transactions and website visits for any reason. Any violations or attempted violations of the Terms and Conditions that are accepted by the customer when registering their account with Marathonbet; violations of gaming integrity, including the use of strategies that Marathonbet, at its sole discretion, considers dishonest; as well as any attempt to abuse the promotion, may lead to the participant being banned from the Loyalty Program and make them ineligible to receive the Bonus.

1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over. Underage entrants' entries will be void.
2. Late, incomplete or other ineligible entries will not qualify for this promotion.
3. Unless otherwise stated, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with, or contribute to, any other Marathonbet offer or promotion.
4. For promotions where there is a requirement to place a qualifying bet, one bet can be used as a qualifying bet for one promotion only. If a particular bet placed would meet the qualifying criteria for more than one active promotion, then it will be allocated to a promotion based on the following priority:
   

   (i)    Entering of a promo code;

   (ii)   Receiving a Bonus from the Loyalty Program bonus catalogue;

   (iii)  Receipt of offer email;

   (iv)  Nearest closing time of promotion.

5. Entries made by customers that are self-excluded or otherwise have restrictions limiting their ability to place the required qualifying bet on their Account, or to use an awarded bonus or prize, cannot take part in this promotion.

7. This promotion is not open to employees or immediate family members of employees of Marathonbet, its group companies or any company involved or associated with the promotion, including but not limited to, any printers and agents.
8. Prizes or Bonuses are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
9. It is each entrant’s responsibility to ensure that all contact information is correct and valid during the promotional period. Marathonbet will not be liable for incorrect or incomplete contact information.
10. Prizes or Bonuses shall be awarded only upon compliance with these General Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms and Conditions of this promotion and in accordance with applicable law. If Marathonbet reasonably considers that any entrant has acted illegally, fraudulently, or not in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions, the Promotion Terms and Conditions and/or the Marathonbet  Terms and Conditions in entering this promotion and/or the entrant engages in any prohibited activities, as set out in section 1.7.2 of the Marathonbet Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to refuse to award that entrant or to void the Prizes or Bonuses and exclude from this promotion.
11. Except in case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud to the extent permitted by law or any other liability that may not, by law, be limited or excluded, Marathonbet and any of its associated companies and agents shall not be liable for any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the awarding of Prizes or Bonuses beyond Marathonbet’s reasonable control.
12. By entering this promotion, you agree that Marathonbet and any associated companies may use information collected in this marketing or customer relationship management campaign strictly for purposes necessary for the management of this campaign.
13. Certain events may occur due to regulatory and/or legal requirements, technical difficulties and/or any other reasons beyond the control of Marathonbet that result in Marathonbet extending, refusing, reclaiming, cancelling, terminating, varying or suspending these General  Terms and Conditions and/or the Promotion Terms and Conditions and/or the awarding of Prizes or Bonuses at any point prior to the end of the promotion.
14. Entries that do not comply in full with these General Terms and Conditions and the Promotional Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
